Tyler Shields is an American born director, screenwriter, and photographer living and working in Los Angeles, California. Starting his career as a professional skateboarder competing in the X Games and touring with the likes of Tony Hawk meanwhile honing his craft as a fine art photographer. His rapid ascent to popularity has been driven by his reputation as a fantastic artist to work with along with strikingly erotic and sometimes violent imagery. HIs images of Lindsay Lohan, Heather Morris, and others display a distictive style most clearly displayed in his now infamous image of Kathy Lee Griffin holding a Donald Trump head severed from the body. He has created campaigns for iconic brands such as Nike, Adidas, Playboy, Harley Davidson, as well as publishing books and movies in his spare time.
