delivery & Return policy
Our packaging is tried and tested and should protect your purchase from shipping damage, wherever you may be. It is very rare that one of our products is damaged in transit, but we can't pretend it will never happen. The packaging it designed to take knocks and may appear scuffed or damaged; this doesn't mean the product is damaged.
However, if once unpacked your product is damaged, please contact us immediately email@example.com
or through our secure contact form to arrange a collection and refund or replacement. We will arrange for the product to collected by courier, at our cost, normally within three working days and will process any refund once the item is received at our premises.
Please ensure you retain the product and all packaging for inspection and so that it can be used for the return.
items may be returned within 30 days for a refund, exchange, or credit. items must be returned in as new condition with the inner PACKAGE seal intact. notify us via email or use form below that you wish to return or EXCHANGE your product. once you receive a confirmation email use the link below to generate a prepaid postage label.
